How to add calendar permissions for Google Workspace

To seamlessly integrate and sync resources with Akurlee, it is necessary for service account to have Make Changes to Events permissions to the resources. Without these permissions, the sync process between the resources and Akurlee cannot occur (only reading is enabled by default), leading to potential discrepancies and inefficiencies in resource management.

Prerequisites:

Configure User Permissions to make changes to events

  1. Log in to Google Workspace admin account.

  2. Click on the Settings.

  3. Select a room resource on the left.

  4. Click on Share with specific people or groups.

  5. Click on Add people and groups.

  6. Select the Service Account.

  7. Choose "Make changes to events" permissions.

  8. Click on Send.
