How to require a check-in for booking

You can set up check-in policy for each space & resource. When a user does not check in within the time frame, the space or resource will be released and will become available for further booking.

Check-in does not apply to the meeting room display. To manage booking confirmations for the meeting room display, please go to Spaces & Resources β†’ Room display settings.

To enable the check-in:

  1. Click on Spaces & resources

  2. Select the tab Check-in policy

  3. Enable the Require check-in
