Start building up your workplace with akurlee

This guide helps you to quickly set up Akurlee and elevate your hybrid workplace experience.

Login

To start, please login to your Akurlee account. You don't have your Akurlee account yet? Create your login from here.

User profile details

Set up your personal user profile including the preferred language, time format and authentication.

Integrate with your existing services

You can sync your existing service to Akurlee. Choose a service from an integration catalogue. For more information visit Integration articles.

You can skip this step and use Akurlee calendar instead.

Set up your Building & Floors

Building helps you to organize the spaces and resources within a location. Your people will get the right information no matter where they are. Set up:

  • Basics like Time format, Language, Time zone

  • Floors with a Floor map

  • Office settings including Working hours and Minimal reservation time

  • Room display settings (only Premium plan)

  • Custom notifications

To set up new building:

  1. Choose Buildings from the panel.

  2. Click on + Add.

  3. Edit building and its options.

  4. Make sure to Save.

To set up a Floor map:

Premium plan is required in order to use the Map and locate the Spaces & resources within the map.

  1. Click on Floor plans in left panel

  2. Select + Upload map

  3. Select Files to Upload or Drag and drop from your computer

  4. You can Edit the Map in our editor

  5. Click on Upload, you can also upload multiple files

Create Spaces & resources

Add all your spaces and resources you need to manage using the Akurlee platform.

  1. Click on Spaces & resources

  2. Select + Add

3. Fill in the fields (the features availability depends on your selected subscription Plan)

4. Make sure you Save

Space type

Choose between Room, Desk, Parking, Equipment or Other, this will enables you to easily filter and search.

Equipment filter

Add equipment tags that will help you while filtering.

Floor plan

Premium plan allows you to use the advantage of map filtering with the Floor plan. With this easy-to-use tool pick the area in the map.

Invite users

Allow your users to book what they need when they need it. Make sure you add them to your Akurlee Workspace. When they accept the invitation, they will have an access to the workspace.

  1. Select Users & roles

  2. Click on Invite user

  3. Fill in the information

    1. Role will allow them to access the information based on the level of access.

  4. Invite the user

Start booking

Now you are all set up and ready to use the Akurlee platform. Simply search for any resource based on your criteria or check the calendar of the space itself or your schedule.
