Integration with Microsoft 365 Calendars, enables you to sync your buildings and spaces with Akurlee, so you don't have to add them manually.
Prerequisites
User with Admin role at least
Microsoft 365 account with full access permissions (Service Account recommended).
Microsoft 365 Integration
Click on Integrations on the left.
Click on Set Up New.
Log in with your Microsoft 365 account (Service Account recommended).
Click on Manage Connections.
Click on Manage.
Manage Synced Buildings and Spaces by selecting the desired resources.
NOTE: Selected resources will be synchronised automatically.
To synchronise them immediately, you can use the "Force sync" button.
You can only use it once every 5 minutes.
