How to create a service account using Microsoft 365

The service account will be responsible for bookings and the booking invitations will appear in the primary calendar.

Prerequisites

  • Access to Microsoft 365 admin center

Create a Service Account

  1. Click on Users on the left side.

  2. Click on Active users.

  3. Click on Add a user.

  4. Set up the basics.

  5. Click on Next.

  6. Assign product licenses (Exchange online license).

  7. Click on Next.

  8. Optional settings, select User (no admin center access).

  9. Click on Next.

  10. Review and finish.

  11. Click on Finish adding.
